A little over a month ago, the A2Z Team traveled to the country of Malawi for the first time. We were greeted by some of the largest crowds we have ever had (over 200 participants). However, we also faced some of the strongest spiritual opposition we have ever encountered.
Our team on this trip consisted of Elder Bill Fleming (Colorado Springs, Colorado), Pastor Daniel Stephens (Mountain View, Arkansas), Pastor Brian Jones (Bryan, Texas) and Pastor Greg Riggen (Olathe, Kansas). We were joined by Bishop Phillip Aston (Nairobi, Kenya).
As was mentioned in the opening paragraph, we had to deal with major spiritual opposition. There was a group of pastors who came for the sole purpose of opposing us. They placed themselves strategically throughout the congregation, and made their disagreement obvious. They were unquestionably men of great influence. Nevertheless, God granted us wisdom and favor. There were times of powerful revelation, and a deep move of the Holy Ghost.
Due to the open opposition, many present expressed privately that they saw their need for baptism in Jesus’ name, but they were afraid to do so openly. Nevertheless we still managed to baptize 33 pastors and wives in Jesus’ name, and several received the gift of the Holy Ghost.
After our return to America, one of the pastors contacted Pastor Riggen and informed him he had baptized his entire congregation. Between this church and the others, more than 200 have now been baptized in Jesus’ name as a direct result of A2Z Mission’s endeavor in Malawi! To God be the glory!

VICTORY IN MALAWI! (CONTINUED)
ANOTHER OPEN DOOR!
In December, Pastor Riggen will be privileged to travel to Liberia with Pastor Nathan Dudley and a group of ministers from his church in Junction City, Kansas. Pastor Dudley was invited to Liberia to conduct a doctrinal seminar as the result of a pastor from that country who visited his church and received the Holy Ghost and was baptized in Jesus’ name. Please pray for this group of men as they present the gospel to an expected crowd of 200-300!
JANUARY LEADERS’ SEMINAR
In January, the A2Z Team will once again travel to Zimbabwe. This time, it will be a special training session for a group of about 15 hand-picked leaders and their wives, coming from each city where A2Z has visited. We will be teaching important lessons to help strengthen the hands of the leaders, and challenge them to return to their cities with the material so they
can train others. This meeting is crucial for the long-term development of the work in Africa. We need your help to make sure revival continues in Africa!
